Kris Acklen is a 26 year old, multi-talented performer, songwriter, music producer, live sound engineer, and D.J. A native Memphian, he found a passion for music when he began piano lessons as a child. He started out making beats and rapping when he was about 17, and then started DJ'ing at 18. These days he is the live sound engineer at Otherlands Coffeebar.
Chris Milam, a Memphis native, started his singing career in Nashville. After moving back to Memphis in 2010 he's learned how to split his time between his passion and home. He'll be back on the road and off to the east coast for his next tour this September, catch him while you can.
Music was an inevitable path for R&B/pop artist C.J. Tate. Born and raised in a family of Gospel singers in Memphis, TN, Cedrick Tate II (full name) has been involved with music since age 3. Tate was a drummer for a few years, working with various artists. At age 16 Tate became interesting in the production side of music and began his solo career. He now writes, produces, and performs all his own music.
Nrsimba Prahalada Bromfield, otherwise known as Singa Bromfield, has been involved with music for quite a while. He started learning guitar at age 5 and has evolved into a “jack of all trades”.
Voted “Most Flirtatious” by his senior class, Jordan has always had a certain charm over women. His been using that same charm and his tenor toned vocals to swoon ladies with his newest promotional song, “Freak Like Me.” Let him charm you in 60 Seconds.
Alexandria Edwards, better known as Alize, is a young female singer from Georgia residing in Memphis. Alize has been featured on several mixtapes and is now working on a album. She travels with a band called "The Titanic" performing at different venues all over the country. She has also performed at numerous events in Memphis such as Africa in April, Juneteeth festival, and opened for known rap artist La Chat.
With a successful single ("If It Ain’t" now available on iTunes) and debut album in the works, this former Memphis Grizzles Dance Team member has been making a name for herself. Ànnika was noted as the only female R&B/Pop act of the 2008 Memphis Recording Academy Grammy Showcase. Ànnika is a self proclaimed hopeless romantic with a love for performing arts. Voted one of the top 50 artists in the tri-state area by Clear Channel Radio, this blues, rock and barbeque-bred chanteuse is creating a buzz throughout the Mid-South.
Ify was born in Lagos, Nigeria and was raised in both Nigeria and Memphis, TN. She is a powerhouse that speaks her mind in the Hip Rock tracks she writes and her voice embodies the rasp of Rock & Roll and the sultriness of unconventional hip hop.
